Committee nominations
2024-25 term
Nominations are now open for the following committee positions, up for election at the 2024 AGM on Saturday 6th July 2024:
- President
- Between 3 – 5 other committee members
The President role is ideally held for two consecutive one-year terms. General committee members can choose to stand for a period of either one or two terms.
All committee roles are open to SLIANZ Ordinary or Honorary members who have paid their membership fees for the current year.
Committee members will be expected to be available for:
- a monthly 2-hour Zoom committee meeting
- 1-2 weekends a year for a face-to-face meeting / committee induction
- at least 1-2 hours a week to fulfill the obligations of the role
The costs of attending face-to-face meetings will be covered.
Serving on the committee is a great way to contribute to the profession. In recognition of your contribution, as a committee member you will be awarded 6 PD points per year.
